Drums, rhythms, healing jam

All are welcome to a free weekly Drum and Sound Healing circle Wednesday at Posse Grounds 6-8pm! Bring your drum, chair, acoustic instruments, including healing bowls. A few small lights woulds also be helpful.

The Sedona Drum and Healing Circle continues to grow naturally from a shared desire to explore the transformative power of rhythm and sound. Rooted in heart-centered collaboration and improvisational drumming, our gatherings have given rise to a unique, intuitive formula—one where healing, connection, and personal growth emerge through the joy of making music together. Our core aim is to access the powerful internal state of Flow, a space of deep focus, presence, and creative energy.
