Full Moon Ecstatic Dance, Drum and Sound Healing

Under the energy of April's Pink Full Moon, join us to bridge the inner and outer through sound, rhythm, and community.

Around 6pm, we begin the Sedona Drum & Healing Circle, a collaborative improvisational drumming journey for all ages and abilities. Bring your drum, percussion, singing bowls, flutes, handpans, didgeridoos, voice, or any acoustic sound-healing instrument you love.

Throughout the evening, our intention is for the drums to intermittently rest, allowing singing bowls, flutes, voices, didgeridoos, handpans, bells, shakers, and other acoustic instruments to weave together in a similar improvisational and collaborative manner, shifting the energy toward resonance, clam, and inner alignment. Next, all the frame drums are invited to add heartbeat rhythms, and soon the the percussion and drums gradually and intentionally build up patterns of rhythms. This is a space for spontaneous play, authentic expression, self-love, land reverence, community, and presence.
