The Sedona Drum and Healing Circle continues to grow naturally from a shared desire to explore the transformative power of rhythm and sound. Rooted in heart-centered collaboration and improvisational drumming, our gatherings have given rise to a unique, intuitive formula—one where healing, connection, and personal growth emerge through the joy of making music together. Our core aim is to access the powerful internal state of Flow, a space of deep focus, presence, and creative energy.

The experience is comprised of the instruments that show up and the willingness of everyone to let them be played and be heard.
