All are welcome to a free weekly Drum and Sound Healing circle Friday 3-6pm at Cultural Park in Sedona! Bring your drum, chair, acoustic instruments, including healing bowls and celebrate Logans birthday!

The Sedona Rhythm and Sound Experience is a living circle where rhythm, sound, and presence bring people back into relationship with their bodies, with one another, and with something greater than themselves. Through shared drumming and deep listening, participants enter a collective flow where nervous systems settle, creativity awakens, and a sense of belonging naturally emerges. This is not about performance or perfection, but about remembering how to listen, respond, and participate in the living rhythm of life.
